    Located in a peaceful rural setting overlooking 200 acres of beautiful floral gardens and a 27-hole golf course, Manderley offers a friendly and relaxing atmosphere for any occasion.

    The picturesque gardens provide an excellent backdrop for wedding photographs. Additionally, Manderley has ample free parking easily accessible for you and your guests.

    Our banquet halls are equipped with spacious dance floors, air conditioning, and can accommodate from 25 to 250 people. Moreover, Manderley’s facilities include a lounge with a fireplace and an outdoor terrace available for all your guests.

    Manderley’s catering managers will assist you in planning every detail and will be with you throughout your event to ensure everything runs smoothly and your day is stress-free and memorable.

    Manderley offers a variety of meal choices for you to select from. We specialize in hearty and sumptuous meals that are also visually appealing.”

    Can I set up a time to visit the facility?
    Yes, please email Jillian our Food & Beverage Manager, to set up an appointment or call us at 613-489-2092.
    How can I secure a date for my special event?

    Once you are ready to book your date with us we will take a deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The deposit amount depends on the type of wedding (reception only etc.)
    This deposit is non-refundable. 

    Is vehicle parking available for our wedding guests?

    Yes, on-site parking is complimentary and we have a large lot as well as side grass parking.

    Are guests permitted to leave their cars overnight?
    Cars are permitted to stay overnight. They should be removed by 11am the following day as to not impact parking the following days' events.

    Do you host more than one wedding or event at a time?
    It is possible for us to have more than one event on at a time. Our facility is quite large and we run evens out on the golf course as well as inside the banquet facility.
    Can we invite guests after dinner?

    Yes, for no additional fee.

    Can we have a rehearsal at the ceremony site prior to my wedding day?
    Yes, rehearsals can be scheduled for the day before your event.
    When do we have access to the room to decorate?
    We guarantee you access to the room at 7 am on the day of your event. You can usually drop off decor and items the evening before (to be left at your own risk).

    Where can we have our pictures taken?

    Pictures can be taken at the ceremony site, out on the golf course (over 200 acres of greenery, ponds, willow trees, rustic fencing) as well as inside the clubhouse. 

    Do we need to provide a meal for the DJ & photographer?
    Most vendors require a meal if they must perform services both before and after or during a meal time. If they require a seat, then they simply count as an additional guest.
    Do we have to use the suppliers on your list?
    No they are not mandatory. This list is simply there to help you and provide you with discounted rates where applicable.
    Is there a bridal room?

    Yes. We have a dressing room off of the Ladies Main Washrooms on our main level. The room has two makeup stations as well as a full length dressing mirror and plenty of hooks to hang dresses and take bridal pictures before the ceremony. There is no extra charge for the use of this room.
    The groomsmen have a large lockeroom to use for changing. 

    Do we need to our decorations at the end of the night?
    Any decor that you bring should leave with you at the end of the night. Special accommodations can be made in advance for pick up the following morning by 11 am.
    Are there accommodations near by?

    The closest hotel is Ramada on the Rideau located 15 minutes away. They are one of our preferred suppliers. There are also a couple others (Wyndham Hotels, Holiday Inn Express) near to the Ottawa Airport, less than 25 min away.
